Accommodation with a terrace and a balcony? How delightful! I enjoyed the Italian breakfast. Plus, the property was conveniently located 200 meters from Piazza Grande.

Bed was exceptionally comfortable and it had hypo-allergenic pillows. Favourable location just 5 minutes walk from Modena Cathedral. Staff was helpful and I appreciated that.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily reach all the attractions and the main street was just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, just as they appeared in the pictures. The rooftop patio was amazing and provided fine views of the area. We loved spending time up there, soaking in the atmosphere. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. We were provided with a generous amount of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, a nice touch. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Great location in the heart of the city. the apartment had a lovely rooftop terrace and was clean. the breakfast vouchers provided were a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a tasty breakfast in one of the nearby cafes. the communication with the manager was smooth and efficient.

The rooftop terrace could have been better maintained with proper lighting and some potted plants. There were some issues with the lighting in the apartment, with certain lights not working in the bathroom and downstairs area.

Modern Charme: This apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen was like a master chef's playground, and the living room was so cozy, it felt like a home away from home.

Maintaining Roof Terrace: It would be nice if the roof terrace had better lighting and more plants to enhance the overall ambiance.

Excellent location and breakfast voucher options. Air conditioning on each floor helped immensely. Gentleman that dropped off the keys was apologetic and provided great service.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.
